Privacy Code), in protection of of persons and other subjects in respect of the treatment of personal data, which follows principles of correctness and transparency in protection of privacy and and rights of the subscriber. According to art. 13 of legislation ref. 196/2003, Equiservice srl supplies the following information to the client: (i) the handling of the data is finalised to conlcude, manage and execute the contracts for the services requested; to organise, manage and execute the supply of services, to accomplish legal obligations or to fulfill any other requirements of the competent authorities and shall be executed manually or computerised; (ii) the data obtained may be submitted to other parties as required to execute the contract; the names of the suppliers may be communicated by means of an appropriate request to Equiservice srl; (iii) except for what is strictly necessary for the correct execution of the contract, the data shall not be supplied to other parties, without prior express authorisation of the client. It is furthermore specified that the communication of personal data is not obligatory, however it is deemed necessary and unavoidable in order to conclude the present contract. The titleholder of the treatment is Equiservice srl with legal premises in Via Braccianese 199, 00123 Rome, to which the client can refer to in order to apply the rights foreseen by art.7 of legislation ref. 196/2003, expressed as follows: Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights. 1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existance of personal data that applies to him, even if not yet registered, and the communication in an intelligible manner. The person concerned has the right to obtain indications regarding: (i) the origin of the peronsal data; (ii) the final objective and means of treatment; (iii) of the logic applied in case of data treatment by electronic means; (iv) of the extreme identification of the title holder, of the responsible parties and of the designated responsible according to art.5, comma 2; (v) and of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated to or that may become informed of as designated responsible in the territory of the State, of responsible or appointed parties. 3. The party concerned has the right to obtain: (i) the update, the rectification or when interested, the integration of data; (ii) the deletion, the transformation to anonymous form or the blocking of data handled in violation of law, including those of which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the scope for which the data has been collected or handled successively; (iii) the attestation that the operations included in points (i) and (ii) have informed, including the relative content, the parties to which the data has been communicated or divulged, with the exception of those cases where the fulfilment is impossible or entails the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected rights. 4. The party concerned has the right to oppose himself entirely or partially: (i) for legitimate reasons regarding the handling of his/her personal data, even if pertinent to the scope of the collection; (ii) to the handling of his/her personal data aimed at sending publicitary material or direct sales or for the execution of market research or for sales related communication.
